Let’s all just take a moment to pause and breathe and be thankful that we are getting closer to life as we knew it before COVID-19. British Columbia is now into Stage Three of its reSTART program and so far, so good! While we all ease back into being around more people in group settings—at a pace that feels appropriate to each of us and adhering to ongoing health and safety protocols—it’s good to remember that life is BETTER TOGETHER!
With many of us ready to be together again, having had quite enough of those Zoom meetings… let the planning begin! Dinner for 12, anniversary party for 40, an outdoor staff meeting, community events, business trade shows, and that wedding celebration that was put on hold… they are finally back on! And Black & White Event Rentals is ready to help make it all happen! In this part of the world, when we gather outdoors, a tent is a must. Tents keep us and our guests safe and comfortable whether it is a hot, sunny day or a downpour. A beautiful tent becomes part of the celebration backdrop… and a handy place to hang twinkly lights and maybe even a chandelier or disco ball! We happen to love the stylish new Tidewater Sailcloth tents!
Speaking of celebrations… it was 30 years ago that we started our event rental business here on Vancouver Island, and we have been serving customers from Port Hardy to Victoria ever since. There have been a lot of changes over the years—this past year has been one for the books—but the one thing that remains constant is our commitment to helping our customers celebrate the special occasions in life. Tents are our thing… and we take pride in doing it well!
Reservations for prime dates in 2022 have been filling up already and anyone contemplating a late summer–early fall gathering, will need to book soon with just a few dates available.
