While we have an extensive inventory, reservations are recommended in order to guarantee the items you want. We strive to be flexible and can most often make changes (within reason) up until 48 hours before delivery or customer pick up. If however, the order leaves our shop for delivery to you, the full rental invoice will apply whether you use the items or not.
Our prices are based on one-day/one use charge. Normally this includes delivery or customer pickup the day of your party (or one day earlier) and return the next day after your event is finished. If you wish to rent items for an extended time, please call for special rates.
All items come to you clean, packaged and ready to use. Glassware must be returned upright in their boxes and rinsed clean. Dishware and flatware should be scraped or rinsed food free and stacked in their crates for shipping. Failure to return items free of food will result in additional charges.
Delivery and pickup service is available to most locations on the Island. Deliveries are to the ground floor or curbside only. If the location is up stairs and/or requires access through small elevators our drivers must phone the office for authorization. There may be an additional charge for difficult access areas depending on the circumstances. We require at least a 4 hour time range within our business hours to appropriately schedule your delivery and/or pickup. Specifically timed delivery or pickups are subject to availability and may incur additional fees depending on the circumstances.
Prior to pick up or return, all equipment should be free of food and replaced in their delivery containers. Linens should be dry and refuse free to prevent mildew and staining. Tables, chairs and other rental items should be gathered and stacked in a single location for pick up.
If our driver cannot locate the items or get access to where they are for some reason, the delivery or pickup fee will apply and be charged a second time for the return trip. We can usually accommodate special situations as long as we have advance notice.
Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from delivery to return. Customers are responsible for all breakage and lost equipment including containers and rolling carts. All items should be secured and protected from harmful weather conditions, theft or damage.
Shortage must be reported prior to the event or the invoice quantities will be considered received.
